Welcome to Newport Surfrider’s 13th annual Otter Rock & Roll youth surf contest, beach cleanup and day of fun at the beach. Our goal is to get kids stoked about beach stewardship.

The day will feature:

A series of beach cleanup challenges with prizes
A “first board” drawing. Any kid without a board of their own is eligible.
A contestant prize drawing with all contestants having an equal chance to win.
Pizza for lunch

7:30 Beach entry registration begins

8:00 Registration begins

8:30-8:45 Surfer’s meeting (meet at heat whiteboard)

9:00 Heats begin

9:30 Best Beginners meet

11:30-12:30 Lunch break - Surfrider is providing pizza for all

12:30 Second Round of heats

3:00 Awards
