Prompted by an interest to vacate and possibly develop the Circle Way unimproved road at Agate beach, members of the Newport Chapter are working with citizens, the City of Newport and adjacent commercial property owners on alternatives to vacating the land. Through working collaboratively, the stakeholders are considering various scenarios that will work for all parties and ensure the future access and shoreside facilities for recreational users at Agate Beach/Yaquina head south for generations to come. Big props to volunteers Serina Adams and Ben Hart who've been working on developing the LID design, engineering and spiffy CAD work!
