Beach cleaners, we need your help!
We have been informed by the local beach ranger that there are two local locations that have been inundated with debris.
One is Ona beach (north of Beaver Creek) the other is the north side of the Yaquina river under the bridge.
Ona Beach
Yaquina River Bridge
Friday 12 pm -North side of the Yaquina River under the bridge.
Clean-up is scheduled for Friday the 15th from 12 to whenever. If you can join us, we'll be bagging debris under the bridge We will be meeting at the pull out at the top of Naterlin Dr. or meet us under the bridge. We will cache the trash on the gravel road for later pickup. We don’t have to haul it up the hill.
Saturday 12pm - Ona beach (north of Beaver Creek).
Clean-up is scheduled for Saturday 16th at noon. Debris at Ona can be bagged and tied and left near the pull out. Any help you can offer is much appreciated.
