Otter Rock-n-Roll is a youth surf contest held annually on International Surfing Day. Surfers 18 and under come from all over Oregon and beyond to surf with friends and family in a fun competitive setting.
For the younger groms, there is a Child with Parent division, as well as a Best Beginner division where the young surfer can ride with their peers.
Not just a surfing contest, ORR provides an opportunity to impart the importance of active stewardship of our shared beaches, waves, and ocean to the next generation.
