Your help is needed for Seafood and Wine Fundraiser! 
On February 25th thru the 28th the Seafood and Wine Festival comes to Newport, OR once again! This year our chapter will be offering wine from Charles and Charles of Washington. We need your help staffing our booth so sign-up soon for your favorite shifts! By volunteering you will be helping us secure funding for the supplies needed for the Blue Water Task Force water testing program 2016 AND you’ll earn a free pass to the festival. Our volunteers are enthusiastic about raising money for the chapter!\n order to serve wine you need to attend the Temporary Servers Training that takes about 1 hour.  Topics to be addressed include:

  • Acceptable forms of Identification
  • Checking I.D. of persons who appear under 26
  • Visibly Intoxicated Persons (VIP)
  • Seafood & Wine Committee requirements

The upcoming training dates are as follows:

  • February 3rd, 6PM
  • February 10th, 6PM
  • February 17th, 6PM

Each training is held at the Newport Elks Lodge.
