Add a Surfing Bech in Asbury Park, NJ

The Jersey Shore Chapter helped establish the first legal surfing beach in Asbury Park in 2003 but it is getting crowded in the summer. The Chapter seeks to add a surfing beach on the north end of town, in front of the old casino building which is an un-used beach.
